Following last year’s critically-acclaimed ‘PREVIOUSLY UNRELEASED’ PLAYGROUP album and corresponding run of 9 X 12” vinyl EPs, a second volume will be available as a limited edition double CD featuring 20 tracks, a 6 track limited vinyl sampler and 23 track digital collection, on November 3rd on Yes Wave records.

Consisting of mainly of totally unheard tracks and 9 previously only available on vinyl, the music featured is a collection of reworked demos and unreleased recordings. This hedonistic mix of raw disco, dub, funk, dancehall electro, new wave and post punk still sounds as relevant today as it did when initially recorded for the debut PLAYGROUP album from 1997 to 2001.

The album’s cover was designed by Jackson and features a photograph by the legendary 70’s New York nightlife photographer Bill Bernstein
